To book an event with Permanent Rebirth Jewelry, please contact at least 30 days before the event and give the following information.
Information Needed
How many people are estimated to be coming?
Where will the event be at? When is it? How long will the event be? How long would you like me there?
Will there will a place for me to set up? Will you provide table and chairs? Access to electricity is a must have.
